DEATH BISCUITS is a show about the moments where, when all else fails and there’s nothing left to say, we dance.
From viral YouTube clips, to the Instagram doom scroll and iconic movieverse's, DEATH BISCUITS blends dance, sound and video to figure out what's left to hold on to in a world that's at odds when we're at odds with ourselves.
Following the “raucously fun” DOUBLE ACT (★★★★), Honey & Lemon return with a dance odyssey for an intergenerational cast of performers. A dedication to the transformative and transcendent power of movement, DEATH BISCUITS is a provocation to lose your head and find your body. If in doubt, dance for your life.

DEATH BISCUITS is a show designed for small and midscale venues with a professional and community cast which opened in May 2026 at Project Arts Centre, Dublin for a four night, sell-out run. Honey & Lemon made DEATH BISCUITS to advocate for the transformative possibilities of dance for all, which they witnessed time and again in their community practice. Their previous work, MARGARET (2025), documents one of their recent community dance projects.

DEATH BISCUITS is a full-length work for indoor spaces which is seated in traverse. The show requires a minimum performance space of XXXXXX. The show can be performed in larger spaces subject to discussion with the production team.

Community Engagement
DEATH BISCUITS includes a community cast of 6 performers aged 45+. This opportunity is for people who love to dance, or want to, as a hobby, passion, down the pub or in their kitchen at home. We are interested in meeting existing dance groups in your community as well as recruiting via open calls. We have experience using both models of recruitment for this production. The debut community cast of DEATH BISCUITS had performers aged 45 – 75.
